Old School! This used to be the go-to for dry fly hackle.
These economic necks come from a physically smaller bird. Although
the feathers are not too long, they are naturally dry with very stiff
barbs. They all contain adequate dry fly hackle in sizes 20 to 10 with
lots in the 14-16 range.

We also use them for claws on saltwater crab patterns.
